📞 DialBop Retro Handset
Long calls with a familiar retro handset. Plug it into your phone, with no app, charging or pairing.
📞 Plugs into your phone, nothing to pair
👂 A comfortable way to take a long call
☎️ The handset you grew up with
🎁 A gift that gets a laugh, then gets used

🔌 Pick Your Connector
USB-C: iPhone 15 and newer and compatible Android phones. 3.5 mm jack: devices with a headphone jack; older iPhones require a suitable adapter. An adapter is not listed as included. Choose the connector for your device; do not confuse a 3.5 mm headphone socket with a charging port.

🎨 Three Colours, Two Connectors
Red, Bubblegum Pink and Black are available in USB-C and 3.5 mm jack versions. Source colour photos may show a different connector; the connector selected in your order determines the supplied version.

See it work
The phone rings. Pick up like it’s 1985.
It sits next to your phone, plugged in. The screen lights up, you reach past it and lift the handset. Whoever is calling hears you say hello, and you are already smiling.

Every call becomes a small event.
It does nothing your phone can’t. It just makes the call feel like something.
Three steps. Two of them are just picking it up.
1. Plug it in
Choose USB-C or a 3.5 mm headphone connection to suit your phone. Plug it in once and it is ready whenever the phone rings.
2. Pick up
Lift the handset instead of the phone. One round button on the handle answers, and hangs up when you’re done.
3. Feel the difference
Your ear stays cool and your hand has something to hold. Two-hour calls stop feeling like a chore, and whoever walks in has a question.
The color is the point
Red if you want the room to notice. Pink if you want it to match. Black if you would rather not explain it.

It earns its spot on the desk.
Everything else on the desk is grey or black. This isn’t.
For anyone who misses a phone with some weight to it
Completely unnecessary. Absolutely essential.
You have a speakerphone and a drawer full of earbuds. You will buy this anyway, because a real handset in your hand makes a call feel like a call again, and because it will make you laugh every time it rings.
Where it earns its place.

The two-hour call
Your ear stays cool and your arm stops aching. Turns out that was the problem all along.

Video calls with the family
Prop the phone up, hold the handset, and you see everyone while you talk. No one is shouting at a speaker.

The gift
For the person who had one of these on the kitchen wall. Nobody expects it, everyone wants to try it. From $32.

Answering your mother
She’s told you for years to keep the phone away from your ear. Look at you, listening.
Everyday use
The joke wears off. The habit doesn’t.
You buy it for the laugh. You keep using it because a real handset on a long call is simply nicer than a hot slab of glass.

Always ready, never charging.
Wired means it is there when the phone rings, with no battery to die mid-conversation and nothing to pair.
Why people pick it
Earbuds get lost. This stays put.
Earbuds get lost and need charging. Speakerphone shares your business with the room. Holding the phone gives you a hot ear and a tired arm. A handset fixes all three, and it is the one your friends ask about.

Not hi-fi. A far nicer way to take a call.
On that one measure it beats everything you own, and it isn’t close.
Questions, answered
Before you order.
Will it work with my phone?
Pick your plug above and it will. USB-C fits iPhone 15 and newer plus most Android phones. 3.5 mm fits any phone with a headphone jack, older iPhones included with Apple’s adapter. Check that your device has the selected connector.
How long is the cord?
Coiled, so it stretches, but shorter than you may be picturing. Desk, armchair and bed, not kitchen laps.
Can the other person hear me clearly?
Yes, with a warm old-telephone tone to your voice. Most people love it. If you need studio-clean audio for work, this isn’t that.
Is it loud enough?
Loud enough for a desk or a bed. There’s a + VOL - rocker on the edge right where your thumb lands. It’s not for a noisy street.
Does it need charging or an app?
Neither. It’s wired and draws what it needs from your phone, so there is no battery, app or pairing to lose.
What colors are there?
Red, bubblegum pink and black, each in both plugs. Red is the one from the video. Pink is the one people ask about. Black is for the desk that does not want to make a point.
What is in the box?
The handset with its coiled cord attached. Nothing to build or charge, and nothing else to buy.
